We are excited to share information about JVA’s Warren Tech Central middle school tour. This trip is optional. Warren Tech is the Career and Technical School in Jeffco that offers over 36 programs. These programs prepare students with academic, career and technical skills for college, employment, and potential careers. Students will learn about all of the programs Warren Tech offers once they are in high school. It is a component of career exploration and planning for high school courses.
When: Thursday, September 28th, 2023
Time: Arrive to JVA Campus (Irwin Building) at 10:50 A.M. - 1505 S Pierson St, Lakewood, CO 80232
(Bus departs at 11:05 A.M., Tour 11:30 – 1:00 P.M., Return to JVA 1:20 P.M., Students must be picked up at Campus between 1:30 P.M.- 2:00 P.M. There will be no time permitted for lunch.)
Requirements: Submit the Warren Tech Permission Form by 9/20/23. This is a walking tour. Students must be able to walk for the duration of the tour which is 60-75 minutes.

Susan.Milliken@jeffco.k12.co.us (You only need to fill out student’s name, parent/guardian name and signature and date. Families can also email Ms. Milliken a statement with eligibility to attend the tour.) We cannot accept parent volunteers.
